Destined College of Theology & Management (DCTM) is duly incorporated in accordance with the rules and regulations of companies in the Republic of Sierra Leone with the following aims and objectives:

• DCTM is an international educational and development program institution that trains and retrains students in Diploma, Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral Degree Certificates, and further trains youth and women business leaders in skills acquisition, development, and technologies to contribute to nation-building.
• To cater to Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs), which are the heartbeat of any nation’s economy but have long been neglected—leading to negative impacts such as low productivity, low GDP, low GNI, high inflation, and high unemployment rates.
• To be recognized as one of the most representative and effective leading organizations engaged in the promotion of SMEs in the Republic of Sierra Leone.
• To foster, promote, and coordinate Sierra Leone SMEs with the University of Entrepreneurship & Technology, USA, and establish a framework for sustained SME growth at national, regional, and international levels.
• To empower SMEs to become part of the global value chain.
