Admission Guidelines
- Application for admission must be made using the prescribed application form, available for download on the official university website. It must be submitted along with the required dossier, two passport-size photographs, and the applicable admission fee.
- Admission to Bachelor's, Master's, Doctoral, and Post-Doctoral programs is subject to the University’s eligibility norms as published on the university website. The University, however, reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant.
- Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the admission fee. In case of course upgradation, confirmation is based on payment of the specified admission fee.
- Admission to any course is non-transferable to another individual.
Procedure / Instructions for Admission
- Students can obtain the prospectus and admission form from the University or any of its Research Centers. Alternatively, it can be downloaded for free from the university website.
- The completed application should be submitted to the university along with all necessary documents. Original certificates are not required.
- Admission to research programs requires an Entrance Test, the score of which is a qualifying criterion. Please refer to the “Admission Criteria” section for details.
- Upon receipt of the filled application form and course fee, the university will review the submission. Eligible students will be admitted. Doctoral candidates will receive a date for the admission test. On fulfilling all admission criteria and submitting the required fee, admission will be granted.
- Admissions are offered in one of the following two sessions:
- Academic Session: July to June
- Calendar Session: January to December
- The following self-attested documents must be attached with the completed application form:
- Two passport-size photographs
- Photocopy of degree or final year mark sheet
- Photocopy of high school certificate (for verification of date of birth, student's and father's name)
- Valid residence proof
- Valid ID proof
- Transaction details of electronic payment
- Admitted students will receive an enrolment/roll number via admission letter within 30 days of completing the admission process.
- All fees must be paid via A/C payee cheque through Wire Transfer, SWIFT Payment, or NEFT only.
- Research study materials and reference book lists will be provided in consultation with the research advisor/guide where applicable.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other program.
- Students must adhere strictly to the fee payment schedule, especially in the case of installment-based plans.
- Course changes are not permitted after enrollment.
